How Robocat collects, uses and protects the personal information of New Zealand visitors under the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you visit Robocat we collect basic technical information such as your IP address, device type, browser, the pages you view and the time you spend on each page. When you register a player account we collect the information needed to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, and meet our regulatory obligations. If you contact support we keep your name, email address and the contents of your message.
How we use your data
We use technical data to keep the site secure, prevent fraud and improve page performance. We use account data to operate your player account, process payments, run promotions you have opted into and meet anti money laundering obligations. We use email correspondence solely to answer your questions. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Cookies and analytics

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Data retention and security
We retain server logs for ninety days, email correspondence for two years and analytics data in aggregated form only. All data is stored on infrastructure protected by encryption in transit and at rest. We review our security posture regularly and notify affected users without undue delay in the unlikely event of a notifiable privacy breach.
